Our story

It started in a garage.

Nerio Morales, a Venezuelan immigrant, spent years in construction and as a pastor in his Georgia community. At 60, he started making corn empanadas in his garage, with his family's recipe and a seasoning he still keeps secret.

The word spread fast. What began as a small home kitchen grew into Quesito's Express, with a much bigger menu and the same care in every bite.
